This one also gets a short explanation. This last weekend I had another part of my training to become a professional artCounselor / art therapist. And we did this short exercise to let go of all the heavy emotions we stirred up throughout the day. And it worked quite well. So, if you find yourself weighed down, try this out. You can use whatever pens or art supplies you have at hand. And remember: The process is the key. Don't mind the result. Everything goes.
Thought I would let you know I did try this out! Not sure what the end result means, but I spun those circles ….. 💞Suzanne

Wow! Great! Got your head a little bit less busy? Could you let go of some of the clutter? Or did you calmed down a bit? Not the result on the paper is key but the process of letting go.

Yes it lightened up the feelings especially when I had to use the second colour to try and make the circles look like something … 😊 made me smile

Then it worked well! Well done!

hi, Svenja❣️
Just wanna let you know that this week’s W3, hosted by our beloved Yvette, is now live:
Thank you, Yvette. I’m really touched you like this piece. And the possibility to turn off the head and calm down through creativity is a real gift I, for one, really appreciate.

I like how the circles “merge and grow”—it makes me think my messy thoughts can squish together and calm down too, Svenja.
