    This feels raw and unguarded to me, Svenja. “my precious gift of childlike joy” really catches — it’s vulnerable without tipping into sentimentality.

      Thank you so much! As I wrote the lyrics I suddenly thought about this painting which I created during a difficult time of my life and which I nearly had forgotten. And now they can stand together. I love this.
