Yes – so true, I actually do put in appointments with myself in the diary to give myself time for planning otherwise you go rom one meeting to another 🙌

That’s it! Maybe also take time to really meet yourself, to get to know yourself. That’s what I recently started and really try to do. Not always easy. Sometimes strange. But when I accomplish to even gift me with a smile? That makes my day!
